The Clover Dash 5K kicks off the Crosslake St. Patrick’s Day weekend fun. This annual family-friendly event draws the community together for some good ol’ healthy  (and often chilly) fun. The joyful crowds dress in all shades of green and sometimes get the dogs out there too.

Clover Dash founders Kara Schaefer and Henry Praska are strong believers in supporting local community -- both economically and socially. They started this race in 2014 with the idea that holidays can be a chance to get outside into the community and share a healthy, fun experience.

 

They continue to donate their time to managing this event, with additional support from friends and family volunteers. All proceeds go back into the community for the Crosslake Chamber of Commerce and Baskets from JoJo.
